How long does my order take to ship?
On-hand inventory (what you see on the site) ships within 3 business days.
Custom orders do take longer, as I need to source the correct materials. Hand-sewing and creating new products does take some time. Complexity varies by product. Please estimate that custom work will ship in around 6 weeks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, but check back soon!
What is your return policy?
While it’s my sincere intention that you will love the products you order, sometimes a return may be warranted, such as damage during shipping. Contact me at jennsleathercraft@gmail.com if you experience an issue with your purchase.

No. Some products are made with PU or Vegan Leather. These are clearly labeled on the site so no confusion occurs.

Great question! Let’s break it down into a few areas:
A lot of the techniques used are the same, but Leather comes from the skin, or hide, of an animal (usually cow, sheep, or goat in my products). Vegan Leather is a material called PolyUrethane (PU for short) and doesn’t rely on animal skins to create the product.
Leather, when maintained, will last a lifetime or more. Vegan Leather can break down over time.
